UPDATE: Suspect in fatal stabbing in Scottsdale turns himself in

Man killed in Scottsdale stabbing

SCOTTSDALE - Police are investigating an overnight stabbing that took place at Hayden and Roosevelt.

Investigators say it was about midnight on Sunday when a 20-year-old man walked into a convenience store but that man had been stabbed several times. The victim was rushed to the hospital where he later died.

Police said the suspect in the stabbing is 27-year-old Rafael Morales Jr., who turned himself in to Scottsdale Police at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
