Police believe it all started with an argument. That argument escalated to gunfire outside one of the homes in the area. It's not clear how many people were involved in that confrontation.
Video from the scene showed about two dozen shell casings on the ground outside the house.
The woman who was wounded took a bullet in the arm. She was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.
One of the teens called their father, who immediately rushed home to be with his kids and wounded wide.
At this point, police have one suspectin custody for the shooting, but are looking for a second who they believe is the suspect's brother.
