See how it's done!

-Plexi glass or Lexan Lucite

-Jigsaw

-Sandpaper

-Super glue or Lexan silicone adhesive

-4 x 4 wood cut into squares (4 x 4 is actually 3 1/2 x 3 1/2)

-Photos or pretty pictures

-Ruler/straight edge

Instructions:

-Cut 4 x 4 into squares, 4 x 4 actually measures 3 1/2 x 3 1/2, so cut 3 1/2" squares, not 4

-With the jig saw, cut Plexi glass or Lexan into the following:

-3 3/4" x 3 7/8" (qty 2) for 2 sides opposite each other -3 1/2" x 3 7/8" (qty 2) for the other 2 sides -3 5/8" x 3 5/8" (qty 1) for the top ***Please verify measurements of your wood blocks before cutting the plexi glass***

***Ultimately the 5 sides should create a cube***

-After custom fitting the plexi glass sides around the wood block, glue them together.

-Using Super glue (dries fast, minimal clean up, must be very cautious!) or

-Using Lexan silicone adhesive for plexi glass (requires more clean up, oozes a bit, longer drying time, your fingers will not stick together permanently)

-Glue the plexi glass pieces together to create a cube, 4 sides first then add the top. -Let set up and dry.

-Cut photos, pictures or artwork into 3 3/8" x 3 5/8" pieces (measure to be sure)

-Cut whichever photo you are placing at the top of the cube a little smaller, measure this also.

-Place the photos, pictures or art into the cube facing out.

-Slide wood block inside.

-Place on a table, make a grouping, give as gifts, they are fun, beautiful and interesting!!!
