PHOENIX - Camerafraud.com is an organization opposed to traffic cameras and now they are releasing home video that shows a process server screaming a racial slur.

It allegedly happened earlier this month when AAA photo says one of its contract employees made a third attempt at delivery of a traffic citation.

There was some sort of altercation and then the family of the cited driver picked up their camera and started recording. Now camerafraud.com is alleging widespread racism.

AAA photo tells 3TV they have terminated their contract with the process server because of his unprofessional behavior.

The Pinal Sheriff's Department says the case is closed, as no real crime was committed.
