2 Suspects wanted in string of armed robberies in GlendalePosted: Updated:
The following is a press release from the Glendale Police Department:
GLENDALE -- Detectives from the Glendale Police Department are seeking information on locating two men who have committed a string of armed robberies of small businesses in the Glendale area.
The robberies consist of one man walking up to the cash register of the small business, presenting a weapon, and demanding money from the employee who is behind the counter. The two men have worked together to commit the robberies on some incidents, but are believed to have also worked alone in some cases. The dates of this robbery series range from November 2008 to January 2009.
The first man is being described as a Hispanic male between the ages of 18-25, 6'0" in height, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The second man is described as being a Hispanic male between the ages of 18-25, 5'4" in height, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
