Arts Council The Arts Council of the North Valley presents "Masters of African Music and Dance" featuring Master African Drummer Amadou Kienou and African Dancer Mabiba Baegne Saturday, September 20 at the Beuf Community Center in North Phoenix, located 3435 W.
