UPDATE: Man missing from Surprise care facility found

UPDATE TUESDAY:

SURPRISE -- Robert Stickney, who had been missing since Monday afternoon from an assisted living facility, was found at approximately 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

Stickney was located under some trees and shrubs in a recessed area behind a business near 15100 W. Bell Road.

He was transported to Del Webb Hospital where he was treated for dehydration and is listed in stable condition.

SURPRISE -- Surprise police are asking for help in locating a 59- year-old man who walked away from an assisted living facility Monday.

Robert Stickney suffers from dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease

Police say Robert Stickney suffers from dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease and does not have any of his medications with him.

He was last seen at the facility early Monday evening wearing a burgundy T-shirt, tan shorts and sandals.

Stickney is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 155 pounds, with gray hair, and green eyes.
