Medical workers stole from patients' purses at SHC, police sayPosted: Updated:
SCOTTSDALE - Two hospital workers are accused of swiping money from patients.
Scottsdale Police say Nancy Adame and Sylvia Cubit were reportedly unaware of what the other was doing.
The women allegedly stole checks and credit cards from their elderly patients' personal belongings.
Both were arrested after a 79-year-old woman saw her bank balance was off.
Investigators say there may be more victims who do not even know they have been targeted.
