Certified music therapist indicted on molestation charges

UPDATE: The Maricopa County Attorney's Office has indicted Brown on four-counts related to the alleged abuse of two underage autistic children.

Charges include, attempted molestation of a child, kidnapping, sexual conduct with a minor and molestation of a child.

The victims, a boy and a girl, are both 10-years old.

Music therapist accused of child molestation

ORIGINAL: QUEEN CREEK - A certified music therapist has been arrested and is accused of child molestation.

Corey E. Brown, 30, was arrested by Gilbert police at his home in the 33800 block of N. Wash View Road in Queen Creek. He faces 2 counts of child molestation and 1 count of attempted child molestation.

Police tell 3TV Brown was providing music therapy once a week to a 10-year-old girl who has been diagnosed with severe Autism.

Detectives discovered throughout their investigation that at least two more victims who were receiving music therapy from Brown had also been victimized.

Brown has been booked into the 4th Avenue Jail. Meanwhile, detectives are contacting all of Brown's clients as they try to identify other victims.
