MESA -- On September 25, 2008, Mesa Police Detectives arrested and booked, 22 year-old Ryan K. Worman for robbing three female victims at a grocery parking in east Mesa.

Worman's identity was obtained after he used one of the victim's credit cards at an electronic store. Detectives located Worman at his residence, arrested him and conducted an interview. Worman admitted to using the stolen credit card at a total of four stores. In addition,he confessed to taking the three victim's purses on three different occasions in the parking lot of 1915 S. Power in Mesa.

Worman was booked on one count of Robbery, two counts of Theft, one count of Theft of a Credit Card, and four counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

MESA -- The Mesa Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying a male who has committed three robberies while riding a motorcycle.

On three different occasions in the months of August and September, a white male has robbed three females in a business parking lot.

In all three incidents the suspect rode his motorcycle in the parking lot of the business, approached the victims and while still on the motorcycle took their purses. In one of the incidents, the victim was dragged a short distance while the suspect was attempting to pull the purse away from her.

The suspect and motorcycle are described as the following: - A white male appearing to be in his mid 20s, short dark hair and clean shaven. In one incident he was seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans with a black baseball cap. - A black sports style motorcycle.
