Suspect in armed robberies pretends to be paying customer

CHANDLER - At about 8:30 pm on January 12, 2009 a male suspect, described as possibly Native American, 6' 2" tall weighing between 250 and 300 pounds, wearing a dark shirt, dark jeans and white sneakers entered the Little Ceasers Pizza at 2992 N. Alma School Road and ordered pizza, then pulled out a firearm and demanded money from the register.He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man struck a second time when he entered the Walgreen's at 1975 S. Alma School Road around 9:00 pm.He made a small purchase, and when the register was opened, he again pulled out the firearm and demanded money.The man left in a small SUV, possibly silver in color.
