Phoenix soldier killed in IraqPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- A soldier who grew up in Phoenix has been killed in Iraq.
Staff Sgt. Roberto Andrade Jr. was on his third tour.
The 26-year-old joined the Army in 2001 one. He was infantry in the First Battalion, 66th Armor out of Fort Hood, Texas.
A visitation has been scheduled for Thursday at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix. He will be buried Friday.
A memorial find has been set up in Andrade's name at Bank of America.
