North Phoenix drive-by shooting
3 wounded in North Pheonix drive-by shooting - Police are trying to figure out what led up to a triple shooting in North Phoenix.
PHOENIX -- Police are trying to determine what led up to an apparent drive-by shooting that wounded three teenagers in North Phoenix Tuesday night.
It happened at about 8 p.m. in the area of 32nd Street and Bell Road. The teens -- 17 and 18 years old -- were walking in the area at the time.
Two of the teens were hit in the legs. The third victim was shot four times in the torso.
The suspect was driving a car that investigators describe as a gray boxy vehicle similar to a Scion.
Police are investigating, but they have not determined a motive for the shooting.
