Police: 14 y.o. girl assaulted multiple times at Flagstaff party

FLAGSTAFF - The following is a release from the Coconino County Sheriff's Office:

Investigators arrested two suspects over the weekend for child molestation following a party at which the victim was not allowed to leave.

Early Friday morning at about 6:00 AM, the fourteen-year-old female victim reported to police that she had attended a party and had been forced to drink alcohol and swallow drugs.She told detectives that early in the morning both suspects sexually assaulted her. She described being held down while assaulted multiple times.She fled the house and spoke to a friend at a nearby motel who then summoned police.She was later treated at the Flagstaff Medical Center for injuries consistent with sexual assault.

Two suspects were located and questioned by a detective.Corey Beckham, 25, of Flagstaff and Fred Lee Campbell, 30, of Phoenix, were subsequently arrested for sexual assault, sexual conduct with a minor and kidnapping.A search warrant was served at 3007 N. Alta Vista where the crimes took place.Much physical evidence was recovered from the scene.Also from the home, detectives removed narcotics, approximately three pounds of marijuana, and dangerous drugs (ecstasy).Individual charges may be changed and added later today following a charging hearing.A cash bond has been set at 184,000.00 on each suspect.

Beckhum is currently on probation from Maricopa County for unlawful imprisonment and Campbell is on parole in Maricopa County for aggravated assault.Their release status from Maricopa County may be violated as well.
