Man wanted for fondling teenage girls in west Phoenix

PHOENIX: The following is a press release from the Phoenix Police Department:

There have been three incidents since February 23, 2009, in which the listed suspect has grabbed a female victim and covered, or tried to cover, her mouth and then fondled her over her clothing.On at least one occasion, he dragged the victim into the alley.No weapons have been seen.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 15 to 20-years-old, 5'5'' to 5'10''. 130 to 170 pounds with possible light colored green or hazel eyes.

The attacks have occured in the area of 51st to 59th Avenues from Earll Drive to Camelback Road.

He was wearing white tennis shoes, blue jeans, white zipper-front hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt and gray baseball cap.

The victims are three Hispanic females ages 18, 16, and 14-years-old.

On one occasion he was seen driving a dirty Jeep Grand Cherokee with a black front bumper. On another occasion he was seen near a dark blue GMC or Chevrolet extended cab or double cab truck.

This is not the same suspect who was fondling adult women last year.

The Phoenix Police Department is soliciting help from the community in apprehending this suspect as soon as possible to stop him from committing any further crimes and to bring him to justice for the crimes he has committed.
