Stoudemire dislocates finger in Suns' winPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- Amare Stoudemire scored 17 points before dislocating his left pinky and the Phoenix Suns beat the short-handed Oklahoma City Thunder 102-93.
With the victory, the Suns (5-3) completed their fifth straight non-losing exhibition season and 19th in the past 20 years.
The Thunder (1-5) will finish their exhibition schedule Friday night at the Los Angeles Lakers.
Stoudemire missed nearly all of training camp and the first five exhibition games because of an eye problem. He was injured with 3:46 left in the third quarter and did not return.
Steve Nash, returning after missing three games because of a sprained right ankle, scored 15 points for the Suns.
Leandro Barbosa also had 15 points, Shaquille O'Neal added 13, and Matt Barnes had 12.
