ST. JOHNS - Apache County Sgt. Richard Guinn said they are investigating a double murder in St. Johns, Arizona.
It happened at around 5pm yesterday afternoon when two men were shot by a suspect or suspects unkown at this time.
Deputy Guinn said 29 year-old Vincent Romero was shot and killed on his front porch and his friend 38 year-old Timothy Romans was killed on the stairs of a home they share in St. Johns.
Deputy Guinn said Romero lives at the house with his wife and son and Romans rented a room in their home.
The two men reportedly both worked at the electric power plant.
Sgt Guinn said a neighbor called the sheriff's office when they heard gun shots in the neighborhood.
The residence is located at the intersection of 15th Place West and 7th Street North in St. Johns.
Deputies say two reports came in at the same time.
The child that lives at the house discovered the bodies and ran to a neighbor's house.
