COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Human remains found in Arizona are being tested in Colorado Springs to see if they are a Colorado mom who went missing seven years ago.

The El Paso County forensic pathologist is running DNA tests to see if the remains belong to Danice Day. Day disappeared in 2002 at age 19 from her home in Monte Vista. Day has two children.

Authorities haven't said what led them to the remains in the park. A dive team from Utah helped recover the remains from a lake in Lyman Lake State Park, Ariz. Officials haven't said exactly when the remains were recovered.
