County Supervisor in court to face more than 100 chargesPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX - County Supervisor Don Stapley was back in court today to face more than 100 charges.
He entered a plea of not guilty.
The lawsuit against Stapley is being spearheaded by County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and County Attorney Andrew Thomas.
The charges stem from allegedly not reporting his real estate dealings.
Stapley's attorney had some strong words for the political allies today, particularly because of their involvement in a secretly recorded video.
