3 Adults, 2 kids injured in collision in GlendalePosted: Updated:
GLENDALE -- Five people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at a Glendale intersection Friday.
UNCUT: Patrol unit witnesses collision - The intersection of 59th and Olive avenues was closed Friday while police investigated a collision.
According to the Glendale Police Department, one vehicle turned left in front of the other vehicle at 59th and Olive avenues.
A patrol unit witnessed the collision and called the Glendale Fire Department to the scene.
Police shut down the intersection during the investigation.
Sgt. Brian Johnson said a Jeep with three adults and seven kids inside was involved in the collision with a car.
Two adults and two kids from the Jeep and the driver from the other car were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries.
