4Th grader nearly abducted outside of elementary school

The following is a press release from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office:

RED ROCK, Ariz. -- At about 1:30 (Tuesday) afternoon, a female fourth-grader reported an attempted abduction at Red Rock Elementary in Red Rock, Arizona.

The suspect is a Hispanic male, medium build, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9 and approximately 160-200 lbs., straight, black shoulder-length hair, black goatee mustache, black medium-style hoop through his left ear, last seen wearing a dark blue t-shirt with black, baggy, denim-style jeans.

The suspect allegedly jumped over a construction fence at the Red Rock School 400 wing, grabbed the female fourth-grader and held something (unknown at this time what it was) to her neck and told her that he knew where she lived and would be back after school. The suspect allegedly then jumped back over the fence and got into a red convertible sports car, unknown make/model. No other information available.
