Flagstaff police seek bank robber

FLAGSTAFF -- Flagstaff police officers are searching for a suspect who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank Wednesday afternoon.

According to police Sgt. Michael Terrin, a white male suspect robbed the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at the Fry's shopping center in Flagstaff shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Terrin said the suspect approached a female teller and instructed her to give him all of her money. No weapon was displayed.

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet tall, 25 to 30 years old with a thin build. He has blond-red hair, possibly in a ponytail, a mustache and goatee.

He was wearing sunglasses, a camouflage hat and a blue shirt and was last seen walking east on Route 66.
