Mervyn's closing all Arizona storesPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX - Big box retailer Mervyn's announced it will close all of its stores across the country.
The 59-year-old discount department store chain filed for chapter eleven bankruptcy in late July.
Back then company leadership said they were planning to reorganize and keep most of its 175 stores open.
Now Mervyn's will close all of its stores, including more than a dozen stores in Arizona.
Soon look for those store to begin holding "going out of business" sales.
