PHOENIX -- A girl living in Pima County has become the fourth person and the second child in Arizona to die from complications of swine flu.

Arizona Department of Health Services spokeswoman Laura Oxley confirmed the girl's death Wednesday.
Pima County Health Department spokeswoman Patti Woodcock had few details about the girl, including what town she was from and her age, although she says the girl was not yet in her teens.
The first child to die with swine flu in Arizona was 13-year-old boy from Tucson. He died May 15.
A Maricopa County woman in her late 40s and a 57-year-old Pinal County woman also died from complications of swine flu earlier this month.
Arizona had 534 confirmed cases of swine flu in 12 of the state's 15 counties as of Wednesday.
