Arizona voters approved that law two years ago.

According to reported from the State Legislature, more than 3,700 student who cannot prove that they're in the U.S. legally are paying the extra tuition.

Supporter of the law says it saves the state money.

Those who oppose it argue that thousands of people who can't afford out-of-state tuition are being denied an education.
