BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. -- A Bullhead City man pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of mailing child pornography.
According to the Justice Department, as part of a plea deal, Robert Restuch, 69, admitted that he entered a U.S. Post Office in Bullhead City and mailed a package that contained more than 600 images of child pornography, including images depicting children under 12.
Restuch faces a mandatory prison sentence of five to 20 years in prison, as well as the possibility of lifetime supervised release. He also faces a fine of up to $250,000. He will be sentenced on Oct. 19.
