Man accused of sexual assault and online posting - A Phoenix man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a woman in March and then posting the entire incident online.
PHOENIX - A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman and then posting footage online is in police custody.
Jonathon Hock, 20, was arrested on Monday and faces one count of sexual assault and surreptitious video-taping.
Police say the victim reported to police she had possibly been sexually assaulted in March of this year about a week after the incident. The 20-year-old victim said she was unconscious at the time. She was reportedly told that a video showing her sexual assault was posted online.
Investigators were able to establish a probable cause after determining that the video on the website may have been a live broadcast with a webcam. A search warrant was issued for the site and its hosting site.
