Fugitive wanted out of Kansas arrested in PrescottPosted: Updated:
PRESCOTT - The following is a press release from the Prescott Police Department:
A Shawnee County Investigator from the state of Kansas contacted Prescott Police as they were looking for 37-year old Eric Julian Noury, who was wanted by them for robbery, criminal damage, burglary and theft.
Noury was considered one of Shawnee County's most wanted. The newly formed Special Enforcement Squad was assigned to locate the Kansas fugitive as it was believed Noury had been in the Prescott area. Through information from VA Police, Prescott officers were able to locate Noury in the 1300 block of W Hillside. He was taken into custody and booked into YCSO where he is being held without bond pending extradition to Kansas.
