On Saturday at about 6:30 p.m. Michelle Dawn Antone, 35, was arrested in Tempe stemming from an incident that had taken place in the 1000 block of S. George Drive. Officers responded to a call of a domestic dispute. Police say Antone had woken up at about 4 p.m. intoxicated. She allegedly became belligerent towards her two daughters, ages 10 and 15 years old.
The daughters left the home but returned about two hours later. That is when police say Antone got angry at her daughters because she could not find her car keys and began pepper-spraying them. The suspect left the scene and was taken into custody at a nearby park. She faces 2 counts of aggravated assault.
