ORIGINAL : PHOENIX (AP) -- Jurors have reached a verdict in the trial of the main suspect in metro Phoenix's Serial Shooter attacks.

The jury was expected to announce its decision at Dale Hausner's murder trial Friday afternoon.

Hausner is accused of killing eight people and attacking 20 others in random nighttime shootings in 2005 and 2006 that terrorized metropolitan Phoenix.

Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against Hausner if he's convicted.

Hausner denies any involvement in the attacks.

The jury has deliberated for 11 days.
