Light rail station vandalized, suspects caught on tape

PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Police Department is looking for two suspects who used a felt marker to write graffiti on a Light Rail platform.

Two males approximately 19 or 20 years old put graffiti on the platform at Central Avenue and Encanto Boulevard shortly after 7 p.m. on Dec. 28, according to Sgt. Tommy Thompson.

The graffiti was discovered the next day and surveillance video was turned over to the Phoenix Police Department.

The suspects, who have not yet been identified, face a criminal damage charge once they are apprehended.
