Family holds vigil for teen last seen in '88Posted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- The family of a 13-year-old boy who went missing 20 years ago held a candlelight vigil for him Sunday night.
Phoenix police hope the vigil reminds the community about Myron Traylor and generates calls from someone who may know what happened to him.
Myron, who would have been 34 this October, was last seen near 16th Street and Southern Avenue in south Phoenix on July 27, 1988, when he told his mother that he was going to buy a soda and go to his grandmother's house.
After two decades of conducting searches, tracking down dozens of leads and even interviewing a psychic, police still don't know what happened to Myron, whose mother has since died.
