PHOENIX - A woman has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for killing her husband.
Grace Pianka was sentenced on Friday for second-degree murder in the shooting death of her husband, Adam Kostewicz.
He was found dead with a shot to the head at his Ahwatukee home on April 16, 2006. Pianka was arrested a couple of days after in Prescott. Police said a .38-caliber shell casing was found in her car.
The first murder case against Pianka ended in a hung jury.
