Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in Phoenix on Friday morning.

The crash happened about 8:30 a.m. near 12th Street and Missouri Avenue and the impact caused an SUV to roll onto its roof, a Phoenix Fire Department spokesman said.

There were four patients, including one passenger who had to be assisted out of the SUV by firefighters, the spokesman said.

Another passenger, a 2-year-old girl, was in stable condition after being taken to a pediatric trauma center as a precaution.
