TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A federal judge in Tucson ordered one of the five men accused in the death of border patrol agent Brian Terry to be held without bond until his trial.

Jesus Leonel Sanchez-Meza was brought to Tucson from Mexico in early June, nearly two years after his arrest in Mexico.

Agent Brian Terry died in a shootout with border bandits outside Rio Rico in December 2010.

Weapons found at the scene were traced to the botched federal gun tracking operation known as Fast & Furious.

A second suspect in Terry's murder was sentenced to 30 years in prison, another remains in Mexican custody and two others are on the run.
