Andrea Sneiderman released from Georgia prison Monday morningPosted: Updated:
Andrea Sneiderman was released from a Georgia prison Monday morning.
Sneiderman denied any involvement in the murder outside a daycare center of her husband, Beachwood native, Rusty Sneiderman.
She was arrested and charged with murder along with several other counts, but days before the trial, the murder charge was dismissed. District Attorney Robert James said he lacked the evidence for a murder conviction.
The jury found Sneiderman lied to cover up an affair she was having with her boss, Hemy Neuman, who is serving a life sentence for Rusty's 2010 murder.
In August 2013, Sneiderman was sentenced to serve a concurrent sentence of five years, minus the year she had already served, after she was found guilty on nine of thirteen charges including hindering the apprehension of a criminal, concealment of material facts, perjury and false statements.
Andrea Sneiderman will be under parole supervision through the end of her sentence on August 21, 2017.
