A 3-year-old girl is in critical condition after she was pulled from a pool at a Phoenix apartment complex Sunday afternoon.
When paramedics from the Phoenix Fire Department arrived in the 1900 block of North 43rd Avenue at about 4:30 p.m., they found adults giving the little girl CPR.
First responders said it appeared there was mix-up concerning who was supposed to be watching the girl.
The name of the girl has not yet been released.
