PHOENIX (CBS5) -

The Cleveland Gladiators (8-0) and Arizona Rattlers (9-0) kept their perfect season bids alive in Week 10, once again coming out on top in the latest Arena Football vPower Rankings, as tabulated on AFLFieldPass.com. Both teams are off to the best starts in their respective franchise histories, and both continue to inch towards the League record of 11 consecutive wins to start a season, set by the 1994 Orlando Predators.

The undefeated Gladiators continue to sit at No. 1 in the vPower Rankings after rallying to defeat the Iowa Barnstormers (4-5), 63-46, in Week 10. Cleveland will face perhaps their most difficult test to date in Week 11, as they host the back-to-back defending American Conference champion Philadelphia Soul (5-4) on Friday, May 23. After starting the season slow at 0-3, the Soul have won five of their last six and appear to be back on track heading into "The Q". Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN3.

The two-time defending ArenaBowl champion Arizona Rattlers made quick work of the Spokane Shock (5-4) last week, dispatching of the 2013 National Conference runner-ups, 70-38, in Phoenix. The No. 2-ranked Rattlers return to the field on Sunday, May 25, for their first-ever matchup with the LA KISS (2-7). Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m ET on ESPN3.

The No. 3-ranked San Jose SaberCats (6-3) completed the season sweep of the Portland Thunder (2-7) in Week 11, knocking off their Pacific Division opponents, 64-27, last Saturday on ESPN2. The SaberCats will look to replicate their success against another divisional foe this week, as they travel to Spokane for a Friday night matchup with the Shock. Spokane has won four straight games against San Jose, including a 73-62 victory on April 4. Kickoff is set for 10:00 p.m. ET on ESPN3.

Standing pat at No. 4 in the latest vPower Rankings are the Pittsburgh Power (6-3), who rolled to a 50-26 victory over the LA KISS last week on CBS Sports Network. The Power will have their work cut out for them in Week 11, as they host the South Division-leading Orlando Predators (6-3), who come in at No. 5 in the vPower Rankings following a thrilling last-second 59-50 victory over the Jacksonville Sharks (3-6) in Week 10. It will be the second consecutive week in which Predators quarterback Bernard Morris faces one of his former teams, as the fifth-year pro was the first starting quarterback in Pittsburgh Power history during their inaugural season in 2011. Kickoff for the Week 11 matchup is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 24.
