A Phoenix father and son duo have been arrested for allegedly running a prostitution ring from their Valley business called "Sexee Ladies."
Phoenix police said the business, where both men also lived, was at 1042 E. Indian School Rd. and advertised as an in-call business on Backpage.com in the Phoenix adult entertainment section under "Escorts."
An undercover detective went to the business, formerly called "Secrets," on Jan. 21, and a woman told the undercover detective there was a $50 fee for the service and said anything else was extra, stating sex was a $100 extra, according to police report.
On Feb. 7, an undercover officer was offered sex by a woman who worked at the business now called "Sexee Ladies." Michael Lee Jones told a female undercover cop that he and his dad, Donald Lee Jones, ran the business and that although they were not a full service business, they did go into the gray area, that they screen all customers and that "number one was being safe and number two was making money," according to the police report.
On Feb. 20, detectives found a note in a the trash outside that read, "What we do here is one-on-one lingerie modeling. There is contact in most of the sessions. Our address is 1042 E. Indian School ... Everything else is talked about here."
On April 9, Michael Jones told a female detective that he has been doing the business for more than 10 years and his dad has for even more. He said they lowered the starting price to $25 "since girls keep leaving," the police report stated.
Search warrants were served and the men were arrested on Thursday at the business.
Michael Jones and Donald Jones each face one count of keeping a house of prostitution, assisting in a crime and having illegal control of an enterprise.
