Tempe police on Tuesday morning are expected to release more information regarding the biggest fraud scheme in the city's history.
Officers have arrested more than 100 people after an 18-month investigation uncovered five check-fraud mills and crimes totaling more than $240,000.
A police spokesman said many of the suspects are related and recruited other family members to participate in the operation that also included credit card fraud.
