WILHOIT, AZ (CBS5) -

Yavapai County authorities are seeking suspects in connection with an intentionally-set mobile home fire in Wilhoit on Wednesday.

The home, at 8260 Carnaby Lane, was unoccupied at the time of the fire, Yavapai County sheriff's deputies said.

Fire officials said it appeared the fire had started under an attached wooden porch. The north end of the porch was completely charred by the fire.

An Arizona Public Service representative confirmed that the power had been off since Dec. 31 after the occupants, apparently tenants, moved out, deputies said.

On Jan. 9, detectives were on scene throughout the day and determined the fire was very likely arson caused.

Detectives are in the process of gathering information from the property owner, prior tenants, and neighbors in the vicinity to obtain leads.

People with any information regarding this incident are asked to call the sheriff's office at 928-771-3260 or Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232. Refer to case number 14-000989.
