Provide-A-Ride reports that the driver that dropped a blind passenger off at the wrong house during a snow storm will not get the chance to make the same mistake twice.

The company reports that she no longer drives the bus.
Sears Mitchell uses RTA paratransit buses to get around.  Some of the buses are driven by Provide-A-Ride employees.

On a frigid snowy night, the driver dropped Mitchell off but did not walk him to the house.
Gerard Watley saw how disoriented Mitchell was and lent him a helping hand.

"I want to thank the gentleman who helped me out," says Mitchell.

The driver is no longer employed and it has been confirmed that she did not resign.
