Phoenix police said they are looking for two men believed to be responsible for 21 armed robberies at stand-alone or in-store pharmacies in the north Valley over the last several months.
The two suspects enter the stores often wearing a motorcycle helmet, landscape hat, fishing hat or baseball cap, and are armed with a handgun, Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos said.
They demand oxycodone from the pharmacist or employees, Martos said.
The first suspect is described as white, 20 to 30 years old, 5'10" tall, 180 pounds with slight facial hair.
The second suspect is described as white, 20 to 30 years old, 6'1" to 6'3" tall and muscular.
Martos said police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect since they have become more aggressive during these robberies.
Anyone with information related to the identity and arrest of the two suspects is encouraged to call the Phoenix Police Department 602-262-6141, or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (480-948-6377).
