Banned for life: Streaker Anthony Saveriano speaks
Streaker Anthony Saveriano at Browns game
Punishment for the Cleveland Browns fan who bared it all at a preseason game.
A judge dropped the indecency charge against Anthony Saveriano. Then the 20-year-old pleaded no contest to criminal trespass.
The judge then banned Saveriano from First Energy Stadium—for life. Instead of jail time, Saverianio must clean up after tailgaters for four football games. He must also write a former letter of apology that will be published in the Plain Dealer.
Saveriano was slapped with a $200 fine and ordered to pay court costs.
19 Action News Reporter Paul Orlousky questioned Saveriano, and asked him if he thought the punishment was too harsh.
"I have no comment," Saveriano responded.
When Orlousky asked Saveriano if he was advised not to speak to media, he said, "I just chose not to say anything right now."
Saveriano ran naked on the field during Cleveland's preseason game against Detroit last month. Saveriano got tackled by one Detroit player, but managed to break free. He made it all the way to the tunnel before he got busted by security.
