An ASU faculty member has been busted for misbehaving in a public park.

According to the Tempe police, Michael Cenerini was arrested for public sexual indecency.

Police said he was caught at a public park pleasuring himself.

"This park and every other park in Tempe are used on a routine basis by kids, families and members of the neighborhood. This conduct, illicit sexual conduct or any other kind of criminal activity in a park is not acceptable," Tempe police spokesman Scott Smith said.

Cenerini worked at ASU as a faculty associate in the Collect of Nursing and Healthcare Innovation, but the university said he "completed his assignment with ASU on July 12, 2013 and does not have an ongoing employment relationship with the university."
