Krystal Quihuis of Tucson, Ariz., prevailed in a three-hole sudden-death playoff against Esther Lee of Norwalk, Calif., to capture the title at the Winn Grips Heather Farr Classic hosted by Longbow Golf Club. Danny Ochoa of San Diego, closed with a 66 to win the Boys Division by three strokes.

Conducted by the American Junior Golf Association, the Winn Grips Heather Farr Classic hosted by Longbow Golf Club was a 54-hole stroke play competition played on the par-71 course at Longbow Golf Club. The event featured 96 boys and 48 girls, from 14 different states, and two countries. The Boys Division played the course at 7,007 yards while the Girls Division played the course at 6,114 yards.

Quihuis started the day one stroke off the lead. Finishing in the penultimate group, Quihuis was the clubhouse leader by two strokes at 5-under. Lee eagled No. 18 to force a playoff. After both parred the first playoff hole, Lee was unable to convert a two-foot par putt to win on the second playoff hole. Both chipped to within five feet on the final playoff hole, where Quihuis tapped in for par to win.

"It really means a lot to win," Quihuis said. "It's a great tournament and a really good experience for the players. You just have to try your best because there are so many good players in it and they're all trying their best."

Lee finished second at 5-under-par 208. Hannah O'Sullivan of Paradise Valley, Ariz., and Lilia Vu of Fountain Valley, Calif., tied for third at 2-under-par 211.

In the Boys Division, Ochoa went bogey-free and sealed the victory with an eagle on No. 18 to finish at 8-under par.  This is the first win for the Southern California-commit.

"It means a lot," Ochoa said. "I've come really close, I've gotten second and third in a couple before this. It just means a lot to win this."

Christopher Petefish of Scottsdale, Ariz., finished second at 5-under-par 208. Jacob Solomon placed third with a 4-under-par 209 and Justin Kim of Fullerton, Calif., carded a 4-under-par 210 to finish in fourth. Derek Castillo of Yorba Linda, Calif., Sean Crocker of Westlake Village, Calif., and Franklin Huang of Poway, Calif., tied for fifth at 2-under-par 211.
