Two former employees of a Westport company were arrested after police said they stole more than $75,000 from the business.
Dominique Phraviaxy, 39, and Xayonh Phaosoung, 38, both of Trumbull were arrested Monday morning at Ecologic Energy Solutions on Bridge Square.
The arrests came after a lengthy investigation by the Westport Police Department, which was assisted by the Connecticut Financial Crimes Task Force.
Both were charged with several crimes for embezzlement, including Phraviaxy, who faces 290 counts of illegal use of a credit card and conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card.
Phraviaxy is being held on a $75,000 while Phaosoung is being held on a $50,000 bond. Both were scheduled to be arraigned in court April 3.
