Connecticut State Police said they now know who sent a threatening letter to the state Capitol meant for Gov. Dannel Malloy.
State police said a person from East Hartford called the Capitol around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, claiming to have mailed a letter containing anthrax last week.
State police said the man who called left his name and phone number, and they tracked him down.
He then told state police it was really only flour inside the envelope.
That man is now in a hospital after making a threat against himself.
State police said an arrest will be made soon.
