Semi hauling frozen chickens crashes on I-40

A tractor-trailer hauling frozen chickens crashed overnight on Interstate 40 West near Lebanon.

The wreck happened near exit 232 and Highway 109 around 1:30 a.m.

The truck hit a tree, but no one was hurt.

Authorities waited until after the morning commute to remove the vehicle. 

Westbound traffic is affected with a right lane blocked.  All lanes are expected to be back open by 2 p.m.
