The Manchester Police Department has located several computers as well as other electronic items worth an estimated $20,000 after they were stolen from an elementary school last November.

Police said 14 Apple laptop computers, two Apple desktop computers and other items were stolen from the Bowers Elementary School over the Veterans Day weekend.

All public schools in Manchester were closed Monday in observance of Veterans Day.

According to investigators, it appears the criminal or criminals got into the school through a window.

On Jan. 20, the computers were recovered from an unlocked shed at an abandoned home. Police said all the items stolen from the school were recovered.

The burglary remains under investigation by the Manchester Police Department.
